In preparation for the release of the Second Edition, www.EatingAwake.info is now functional... Between one third and one half of the new book is on the site available for download as PDFs. Feel free to peruse it and give feedback.
Also...for those who are interested, an Eating Awake Workshop -- likely three, two-hour evening sessions, are scheduled for April or early May at UC Berkeley, through Students for Integrative Medicine. The exact dates have yet to be determined. The workshop will provide support and guidance in conducting various sorts of self-guided dietary transitions -- anything from junkfood to healthfood, to or from the animal or vegetable kingdoms. Class size will be limited. Contact Mo to register.
The prerequisite for the course is to have read the Second Edition of Eating Awake, likely out in February or March, so that our time can be used for clarification and refinement of a personally engaging process rather than «covering the material». The book is well-enough written that it should be understandable and applicable to many of us with defined dietary goals.
Developments will be posted, on the Eating Awake Tribe at Tribe.net.
